Sevanti was a godsend during the worst phase of the pandemic. With otherwise very independent parents, not being able to step out during the lockdown and needing help with both shopping for groceries, daily essentials, as well as picking up packed food from a provider, our Care Manager, Mr. Srinivas was efficient, quick to respond on WhatsApp - both in English and Kannada, always on time and very reliable during the entire duration of our association with him. Ajit has started a wonderful service and is sensitive towards the needs and particular requirements of those who take pride in their independence, who may therefore hesitate in seeking assistance, but due to health and other factors are in need of some specific and customized services. For those who live far from their parents, Sevanti works perfectly. I was able to coordinate with them on behalf of my parents initially and now my parents are familiar enough to coordinate by themselves. Their service is reliable and reasonably priced and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Sevanti provided peace of mind when there was so much on my mind. I’m sure many people will benefit, peace of mind is a big thing.
